AI transparency
Last updated: October 2026. Information under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)
Uncovio is an AI system
Uncovio uses artificial intelligence (AI) to extract data from documents such as invoices, orders and contracts. AI models read the text in your documents, map it to the fields of your schema, and suggest fields when you create a schema. When you work with the Uncovio application, you are interacting with an AI system.
Marking of AI-generated content
Content produced by the AI is labelled "AI-generated" in the application. Results that Uncovio delivers to your systems (via API, webhook or e-mail, in JSON, XML or YAML) additionally contain the machine-readable field ai_notice. Webhook requests also carry the HTTP header X-AI-Generated: true.
Limitations and human review
AI results can contain errors, such as misread or wrongly assigned values. Please review results before you use them. Uncovio supports this with an evaluation UI where you can check and correct every value against the original document, and with an optional approval step before each delivery.
Your data
Your documents are not used to train AI models. Processing takes place in the EU. Details are set out in the Uncovio application's privacy notice and the data processing agreement.
