2. General
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and this privacy policy. This website (uncovio.ai) is an information site about our product Uncovio. Use of the Uncovio application itself is governed by the privacy notice provided within the application.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider: Microsoft Azure, data centre region "West Europe" (Amsterdam, Netherlands). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser on our behalf (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is not merged with other data sources.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the technically error-free and secure provision of the website. Log files are deleted after 4 weeks at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services and does not embed third-party content (such as maps, videos or social media plugins). The fonts used are served from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is established when you visit the site.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail (for example to request a demo), we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request aims at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Links to the Uncovio application and to third parties
The “Get started” and “Sign in” buttons lead to the Uncovio application. Data is only processed there once you open the application; the privacy notice provided within the application applies. Likewise, when you click external links (e.g. LinkedIn, innomarks.de), data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you open that site.
7. Artificial intelligence in the Uncovio application
This website itself does not use AI. The Uncovio application is an AI system: uploaded documents are read with AI models, and the results are marked as AI-generated. Which data is processed there is governed by the application's privacy notice. More information is available under AI transparency.
8. Your rights
With regard to your personal data you have the following rights against us: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
9. Data security
This website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
10. Changes
We will update this privacy policy when the legal situation or our website changes. The version published here applies.
